Mary Kay is like any other career, training is essential to your success whether full-time or part-time!  As your director, Shonda cares about your success.  She will match her time 100% to your effort.  Please feel free to contact her at anytime.  Her general days off are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.   However, if you need her on these days your calls are still welcomed.  Shonda's secretary is also in the office on Tuesday if you need assistance.  It's very important that you leave her a message!
